ARTWORK
Not all Artwork is built the same, which means that you will need to come prepared with your design ideas and files in vector format. Simple things you can collect prior to reaching out to us includes logos in vector format (.AI, .SVG, .EPS), a mood board of sorts for design elements, colors in CMYK (we don’t print in Pantones, you will need to have your colors converted), any specific fonts you would like. If you don’t have these files ready for customization then you will be subject up to a $200 design fee for us to capture the cost and time of the designer. We put a lot of thought into our own designs and sorry to say we just don’t have that capacity to “whip” something up for you. We try to keep your costs low and if your design is ready to print or minimal changes need to occur, we don’t typically charge any design fees.
* IMPORTANT: All artwork, both provided by the customer or created by the Handup Design team is subject to conditions that are worth noting. Please read our Artwork Policy below to learn what we can use, what we can print, how the design will print, and what our policy is on colors used.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time varies from 10 - 14 weeks. This is heavily influenced by design readiness, payment, quantity/size breakdown, and sample approval. We will keep you informed throughout the process though.
SIZES
Gloves XX Small - XXX Large and Youth Gloves XX Small-Large. Youth and Adult gloves can be combined in the total quantity ordered. Apparel X Small - XX Large and Youth X Small-X Large. Youth and Adult apparel can be combined in the total quantity ordered.

PRICING
This is our minimum quantities and price per unit at each level for each item offered. You may say "wow, why do 24 gloves cost $33 each and yours retail for $29?"... We hate to burst your bubble but if your team wanted to order thousands of gloves in the same design like we do, then yes you could get them for less money.

WHERE DO WE START?

Once your design is finalized, you will receive an invoice for 50% deposit to begin work and the remaining 50% due upon completion.
If Pre-Order option is chosen, then production will begin shortly after the ordering window closes.
First we make a sample print, which a picture will be sent to your e-mail for your approval within the first week of the order. Once this has been approved your product will go into production and we will keep you updated about the completion date throughout the process.
From there just kick back and relax until your box of sweet custom HANDUP products lands on your doorstep.
