Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me?
A: We are a small group here at HANDUP, and our employees are given Thanksgiving day, Black Friday, and the weekend to spend time with family. Therefore, orders placed during this time will ship out the following week (starting Monday morning, December 1). Please note that while we are typically extremely quick to get orders packed and out the door, the shipping services themselves (UPS, FedEx, USPS) will be experiencing the busiest time of the year for receiving packages, and your order may experience longer than normal transit times compared to other, less busy times of the year. Please allow a few extra business days for your package to arrive, but if it takes longer than 3 weeks please reach out to support@handupgloves.com so we can file a missing mail claim.
Q: I sent a message to customer service, so when will I hear back?
A: We're always happy to help! Please note with a higher volume of orders typically we see more customer service inquiries, so please allow us one business day to respond to your message. Please do not message more than once, as it gunks up the works and just adds to the wait time for a response. For quickest assistance, please include as much info as you can (order number, your question, etc.)
Q: Oh no! I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?
A: Please reach out to support@handupgloves.com as soon as you realize the error and provide all the information you can - order number, any address change (please include the correct address in your first email to us), etc. and we will do our best to catch your order before it goes out the door.
Q: Why won't My discount code won't work on my cart?
A: Our Black Friday Sale is super easy, so no code necessary to get the sweet deals! Any discount codes you may be holding on to will not work on sale items, so we recommend hanging on to them for another purchase after our Black Friday deals end. This includes Free Sock Codes
Q: How long is the sale running?
A: The sale ends on the 7th at midnight, so be sure to complete your purchase by then. We unfortunately cannot honor the discount prices of our Black Friday sale after the December 7th at midnight deadline.
