How long will my order take to ship?
Once you have received your order confirmation, please allow 1 full business day for us to process and pack your order. Once your order has been prepared, it may take another business day for the shipping company to pick it up.  Please keep in mind - this means if you place your order during a federal holiday or weekend, it may take a few days to get your tracking information or show updates.

What shipping company does HANDUP use?
Our default shipping service is USPS. Please note that if you live in a town or area that is inaccessible to USPS, you will need to select from our other shipping options (UPS) to avoid your order being returned to sender.Additionally, if you select UPS as your shipping option at checkout and you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO you will be reassigned to USPS shipping service.

Why We Made Technical Button Ups

We ride in what we like to ride in… simple as that. One summer, we found ourselves riding in short sleeve button up shirts we’d found in our grandpa's closet. As we rode we realized that the collar keeps the sun off of our neck, the buttons can be undone to provide more airflow, and frankly it was a blast to add a little more style to our adventure. The only negative was the heavy weight cotton material.

With that in mind, we crafted the first ever, Jersey-Style Button up. We took polyester blend jersey-fabric (found in most standard cycling jerseys) and fashioned into a retro Hawaiian shirt. It was even cut to ensure that jersey ride-up on the back and sleeves would be minimal.

We made the Button up because we don’t like wearing highly technical gear. We like wearing fun, functional apparel on-and-off the bike and the combo of style & material makes the HANDUP Button up ready for anything.

Crash Replacement

Hey, we’ve all crashed and torn up our gear. If a crash caused the issue, we have a crash replacement program. Just send us an email on our Returns and Exchanges page and we'll get you taken care of.
Warranty

All HANDUP products come with a warranty that carries up to 1-year from the original purchase dates for defects not caused by regular wear and tear.
