How long will my order take to ship?
Once you have received your order confirmation, please allow 1 full business day for us to process and pack your order. Once your order has been prepared, it may take another business day for the shipping company to pick it up.  Please keep in mind - this means if you place your order during a federal holiday or weekend, it may take a few days to get your tracking information or show updates.

What shipping company does HANDUP use?
Our default shipping service is USPS. Please note that if you live in a town or area that is inaccessible to USPS, you will need to select from our other shipping options (UPS) to avoid your order being returned to sender.Additionally, if you select UPS as your shipping option at checkout and you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO you will be reassigned to USPS shipping service.

Why We Made Jorts

For decades, people have sliced their jeans into jean shorts to rock them when temperatures increase. We did the same on a bike ride one day and noticed, the issue with our new jean shorts is the lack of stretch denim provided.

Our journey to craft the perfect jean short led us to the Super Stretch HANDUP Jorts you see today. The denim/spandex blend lent itself to a pair of shorts that looked like jorts and felt like a stretchy pair of athletic shorts. We even added an anti-fray hemline to prevent them from unraveling.

We made the jorts because the casual nature of jean shorts encourages the wearer to take their adventure a little less seriously. Adventures should be fun, and what’s more fun than Jorts!!

Our Jorts are truly unisex and fit both men and women.

We recommend using a flexible measuring tape to wrap around your waist to ensure you get the correct size the first time, but below is a chart showcasing typical men's and women's sizes and how they relate to our Jorts sizing.

  • XXS - 26 | Waist 26-28" | W's 0/2
  • XS - 28 | Waist 28-30" | W's 4/6
  • SM - 30 | Waist 30-33" | W's 6/8
  • MD - 32 | Waist 33-35" | W's 10/12
  • LG - 34 | Waist 35-37" | W's 14/16
  • XL - 37 | Waist 38-40" | W's 18/20

INSEAM LENGTHS:

- The Standard Jorts inseam is 7.5in

- The 5.5 Jorts inseam is 5.5in

The JORTS WILL STRETCH. If you get them and they are a bit tight, they will stretch out.
Crash Replacement

Hey, we’ve all crashed and torn up our gear. If a crash caused the issue, we have a crash replacement program. Just send us an email on our Returns and Exchanges page and we'll get you taken care of.
Warranty

All HANDUP products come with a warranty that carries up to 1-year from the original purchase dates for defects not caused by regular wear and tear.
