How long will my order take to ship?
Once you have received your order confirmation, please allow 1 full business day for us to process and pack your order. Once your order has been prepared, it may take another business day for the shipping company to pick it up.  Please keep in mind - this means if you place your order during a federal holiday or weekend, it may take a few days to get your tracking information or show updates.

What shipping company does HANDUP use?
Our default shipping service is USPS. Please note that if you live in a town or area that is inaccessible to USPS, you will need to select from our other shipping options (UPS) to avoid your order being returned to sender.Additionally, if you select UPS as your shipping option at checkout and you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO you will be reassigned to USPS shipping service.

Why We Made the Full Zip Jersey

We finally made a full zip jersey because long rides, hot days, gravel grinds, snack-heavy adventures, and all-day sufferfests deserve gear that breathes better, carries more, and keeps things comfortable when the pace picks up. Full zip means full airflow when you’re overheating and easy layering when the weather can’t make up its mind.

We kept the HANDUP attitude intact: relaxed enough to have fun and technical enough to put in serious miles. Sometimes you want to ride fast and unzip dramatically at the top of a climb like a European pro from 1997. It’s still HANDUP, just zipped up a little more.
