How long will my order take to ship?
Once you have received your order confirmation, please allow 1 full business day for us to process and pack your order. Once your order has been prepared, it may take another business day for the shipping company to pick it up.  Please keep in mind - this means if you place your order during a federal holiday or weekend, it may take a few days to get your tracking information or show updates.

What shipping company does HANDUP use?
Our default shipping service is USPS. Please note that if you live in a town or area that is inaccessible to USPS, you will need to select from our other shipping options (UPS) to avoid your order being returned to sender.Additionally, if you select UPS as your shipping option at checkout and you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO you will be reassigned to USPS shipping service.

Why We Made a Cycling Cap

For those longer rides in a road-bike style helmet, it's nice to have a little brim to block the sun or even rain. Flip it up to go full Euro-Style, but we thought wouldn't it be fun to have some sayings from our gloves under the brim?

We also wanted a cycling cap that was super lightweight so it would be easy to pack if not wearing, and would dry out quickly. Put it on under your helmet and you forget its there. Flip the brim up for party mode, or leave it down when you mean business, but this cap will surely turn some heads.

Cycling Cap Wash Instructions

Hand wash in a bucket, container, or sink with a small drop of laundry detergent. Don't let soak for more than 10 minutes, and wring out top, trying not to bend the brim. Hang to dry.

Hey, we’ve all crashed and torn up our gear. If a crash caused the issue, we have a crash replacement program. Just send us an email on our Returns and Exchanges page and we'll get you taken care of.
Warranty

All HANDUP products come with a warranty that carries up to 1-year from the original purchase dates for defects not caused by regular wear and tear.
